Preliminary Planning: During this stage, we’ll discuss feasibility, timelines, and preliminary costs. Bring any inspiration – photos, Pinterest boards, etc – to help guide the discussion. We’ll outline the next steps, including measurements and design concepts.

Measurements and Sketches: The MasterCraft Restoration team will visit your home to take precise measurements and create initial sketches of the renovation space. This ensures that all dimensions are accurate and functional requirements are accounted for.

Design Concept Creation: Based on the measurements and your input, our designers will prepare a design concept tailored to your vision. This may include renderings to help you visualize the final look and layout. Revisions will be made as needed until you’re thrilled with the design.

Material Selection: Once the design is finalized, we’ll guide you through options for materials, fixtures, and finishes. From countertops and cabinetry to plumbing fixtures and flooring, we’ll provide recommendations based on your style and budget.

Detailed Scope and Estimate: We’ll prepare a comprehensive scope of work and detailed estimate to outline every aspect of the project – including materials and labor – for your review and approval.

Final Approval: After reviewing the scope of work and estimate, sign the agreement to move forward. At this stage, we also require a deposit to secure your spot in our construction schedule.

Permitting: If your renovation requires permits, the MasterCraft Restoration team will handle the paperwork and submission process. Once approved, we’ll begin scheduling the construction phase.

Pre-Construction Meeting: Before work begins, we’ll meet with you to review the timeline, key milestones, and any necessary preparations to clear space or move items.

Construction Begins: The fun begins. Our construction team will bring your vision to life. During the process, we’ll schedule check-ins at key phases, provide regular updates and address any unforeseen changes or challenges promptly.

Change Orders: If you decide to make changes during construction, we’ll issue a change order outlining the adjustments and associated costs. While these may extend the timeline slightly, we’ll work to minimize delays.

Final Walkthrough: Once construction is complete, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough with you. Together, we’ll review the completed project, create a punch list of any outstanding tasks, and ensure they’re finished as quickly as possible.

Completion Sign-Off: After ensuring all punch list items are finished to your satisfaction, we’ll ask for your signature on a completion sign-off document. At this point, your renovated space is ready to enjoy!

Warranty and Support: MasterCraft Restoration stands by the quality of our work. We’ll provide information on warranties and remain available for any questions or support you need after the project is completed.
